The popular seaside venue in Pelham Place has marked a significant milestone in its fundraising efforts for St Michael’s Hospice.
Deluxe Bingo Hastings announced at its Mega Money Night on Sunday 30 November that it has now raised more than £4,000 for St Michael’s Hospice (Hastings & Rother), putting the venue almost halfway towards its £10,000 target.
The campaign was launched on opening day with a £1,000 donation from the Godden Gaming Organisation, the venue’s owner.
Jeremy Godden, Managing Director of Godden Gaming Organisation, said: “It’s fantastic to see our fundraising efforts gaining momentum.
“Announcing over £4,000 raised at this event is a proud moment and reflects the incredible support from our community.
“We’re well on our way to hitting that £10,000 target for St Michael’s Hospice.”
Stephen Lawrence, Chief Operating Officer at Deluxe Bingo Hastings, said: “Our Mega Money Night was a huge success – not just for the fun and more than £5,000 in prize money paid out, but for spotlighting our progress in supporting the hospice.
“Reaching over £4,000 so quickly is a testament to everyone’s generosity.”
Ileana Danescu, General Manager at Deluxe Bingo Hastings, added: “We’re overjoyed to share this milestone with our customers and the local community.
“We would like to thank all of our customers who have supported us – we couldn’t do this without their support!”
Deluxe Bingo Hastings is keeping the momentum going with its Christmas Party on Saturday 20 December. For just £10 per person, guests will receive a free drink, a venue gift, canapés, live entertainment and two guaranteed £1,000 houses. Tickets can be booked in-store or by calling 01424 614400.
